What are your shipping fees?

A table of shipping fees for USA and outlying areas is on our Shipping & Returns page. We ship to all countries in the world. For international orders, email us with the items you want to order and we will quote the shipping cost.

Can I order with a credit card or personal check?

You can order online, by calling toll-free, or by mail. Palo Albums accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, as well as personal checks and money orders. If you would like to place an order by phone or mail, please contact us.

What is your return policy?

Products can be returned for a 10% restocking charge, unless they are deemed to have a manufacturing defect. No returns after 90 days and no returns of products purchased from our closeout lists.

What is the quality level of Palo Albums?

Our pages were designed with the highest quality in mind. Patterned after European styled pages, we offer thick paper, an attractive layout, and luxurious binders with slipcases.

Do you really have every country in the world?

Yes. Anything you need, you can find it here in the Palo line of albums. We have everything listed in the Scott catalog; new countries as well as "dead" countries. We also have some countries not listed in Scott, such as Fujeira or Sharjah, that are listed in the Michel catalog.

Do you provide spaces for Souvenir and Miniature sheets?

Yes. For Palo, we show all major issues on our pages and souvenir or miniature sheets are generally on the same page as single stamps.

I don't collect certain countries for the years you have shown. Can I order specific sets of years?

For our Palo Premium pages, you can order any years you want. For example, if you need to start with the year 2000 because another album company discontinued your country, we can pick up where they left off. Just call us for a price. We can also stop at any year you want, as well. You can even order individual pages for reprints or duplicates.

How do you deal with supplements?

When supplements become available for Palo, Lindner and Davo, they are listed on our website. Or you can ask to be sent supplements automatically. Lindner and Davo supplements are available in June of each subsequent year. Palo supplements start in the Spring and extend throughout the year. There is no set date for Palo supplements because we wait for Scott to assign all the numbers; not because we use Scott numbers, but just to be sure we have everything covered.

What if I find an error on your pages?

If there is a sizing or description error on our page, we will make the correction and replace it at no charge within our production time frame. Page replacements are limited only to box sizing and copy descriptions. All our pages were published on specific dates. Every year, Scott and other catalog companies review their listings and at times will add or eliminate issues. We do not review our pages on a yearly basis and subsequently our pages will not be identical to these new listings. We will re-publish at a later date, but these new listings do not constitute page replacements as outlined above.

Sometimes I need help to determine what is best for my collecting needs. How can I get help?

All our phone operators are stamp collectors and well-informed in most aspects of stamp collecting. 99% of the time, you will receive knowledgeable answers to your philatelic questions. If we don't have what you're looking for, we'll point you in the right direction.

I'm looking for a worldwide album. Do you have one?

No. Worldwide albums are hard to find because it is extremely difficult to collect worldwide nowadays. A worldwide collector would need to spend over $80,000 per year just to keep up with new stamps. Most collectors specialize and concentrate on individual areas or countries.

How fast do you ship orders?

Orders are generally shipped the same or the following day, with some exceptions. Hingeless pages are made to order and require about 2 weeks.
